I have a smoothie for breakfast most mornings because it is quick and easy for me to drink on my way to work. The wonderful thing about smoothies are that they are infinitely customizable! You can add almost any fruit or veggie and it will still taste great 🙂 (except carrots…I personally think it gives it a very mealy texture…YUCK.)
Since many of you have been requesting the recipe to the smoothie I posted the other day…here it is!
Triple Berry + Banana Smoothie with Chocolate Coconut Chips: *any of the frozen berries can be swapped out for fresh berries if you have them!*
- 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
- 1/2 cup frozen strawberries
- 1/2 cup frozen rasberries
- 1 large banana
- 1 1/2 cups water
- Chocolate coconut chips for garnish…I found these at my local Target in the trail mix aisle!
Put all ingredients in blender (I worship my Vitamix!) and blend until smooth. That’s it!
